The film takes place in a near-future, dystopian Earth - an unhealthy stock market crashed has sparked a collapse of civilisation, which is currently on the brink of a civil war. A new form of transport, a jet-powered transportation belt, has proven able to bypass the environmental damage done by regular road vehicles, and the belt's operating system, Rahim (Qbein Shaji), has spread around the planet, arrogantly claiming the human race as its slaves. While the outer ranks of society, and rural and city life, are left to suffer the side effects of the belt's pollution, the military have found a way to use it to transport supplies.
