Based on the above information, the third objective seeks to: 1) Identify, analyze and explain the problems related to the food borne pathogens, 2) Identify, analyze and report the most important strategies in order to improve food safety, and 3) analyze the economic impact related to the disease on the agriculture sector.

The fourth objective seeks to identify and report the most important information relating to the public health challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. As to the design, the students will be exposed to a group of people that are old. Therefore, the design has to be focused on simplicity, leaving the older generation to reflect on the past without the distractions of new materials... And to also reflect on the problems the young generation faces in order to create a link between the past and the future.
